ALSA is a group of professional firefighters dedicated to improving standards and practices within the fire industry. Formed to drive positive change, ALSA has a long history of hosting fire programs, seminars, and meetings that support continuous learning and industry development.

Our members actively serve on various working committees, where they contribute their experience and expertise to help shape policies, guidelines, and best practices. They provide valuable input across all disciplines of the fire industry, ensuring that ALSA remains a trusted and respected voice in advancing fire safety, prevention, and response. ALSA name is changing to AFSP ,Association for Fire Safety Profession. This brings our organization more in line with the modern day fire industry.
